Product Return. Get Emergency Gear Products carry a standing Thirty (30) Day refund period from the date of purchase. If a physical product has been purchased, the customer care department will issue a RMA number. When customers receive a RMA number, they are required to return the contents in full to the following address, the label for returning a physical product should look like this:

Subscription Cancellation. The monthly subscription may be canceled at any time. You may apply for a refund at the time of canceling for subscription fees paid in advance; however, we must receive this in writing by email. Please remember to include your name, the subscription you purchased, and the date you signed up. We will refund any remaining balance that is due to you.
